Enjoyed my time here. My steak was cooked to perfection! The pistachio pudding was lovely too. I'll definitely come back here whenever I'm in Almerimar again.

We had lots of small dishes from the tapas menu "pequeños bocados" so we could sample lots of different dishes. The croquetas (€2.80 each) were very good, the rest were sensational. Cremoso de Foie (€5.80) was excellent as was the Tartare de Salmon (€5.50). Lubina (sea bass, €6) with pil pil sauce was superb. Two other absolute stunning dishes were the Chicharron (pork belly and crackling, €5.20) and the Canelon de Pato (€5.80). The mini burger de wagyu (€5.50) was pretty good, (I'd have preferred it pink) excellent fries though. We finished with the lovely Pistachio Coulant (€7). The style of the restaurant is attractive and we were able to have our well behaved collies with us on the pretty terrace. We were extremely impressed by Carbonico Bistro. We travel around Spain eating at the fantastic restaurants there are here. This restaurant is now one of our favourites, especially for the price. The food here was truly sensational, as good as the high standard you get in San Sebastian pintxos bars and a little like JOSEBA AÑORGA in Almería, but actually on this occasion we found Carbonico Bistro actually better.

An amazing meal at Carbónico! Every dish was stunning and perfectly balanced. The fried artichokes and chocolate mousse cake are not to be missed. Thank you to our kind server who bore with us as we re-immersed ourselves with Spanish speaking. We will be back!

Our third visit here, each time the food has been interesting, tastefully presented and delicious. The service is excellent. The view and decor are both amazing. We love it and can't wait to return! Cannot recommend it highly enough. Many thanks
